Cancellation Policy
Once payment has been completed, orders cannot be cancelled. Should you have any questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our team will be pleased to assist you.
Shipping Policy
Your orders are processed immediately after confirmation. Therefore, once an order has been placed, no changes can be made, including changes to the delivery address. All shipments will be sent to the delivery address provided to us at the time of payment. Orders are shipped on business days only. No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays. For security purposes, all deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt.
Delivery Schedule
Orders are processed and shipped 5 days a week, excluding Fridays and Saturdays.
Important Delivery Information:
A signature is required upon delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, an email containing your tracking information will be sent to you.
All import duties and customs fees are payable by the recipient upon delivery and are not included in the order total.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days for non-customised products and products with manufacturing defects. Return and exchange requests are only valid for products with manufacturing defects and must be submitted within 14 days following receipt of the product.

Pricing
We make every effort to ensure that the prices and product information displayed on our website are accurate. However, in the event of a technical error, NU reserves the right to correct pricing and product information. NU also reserves the right to reject or cancel orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price. In such cases, you will be contacted and informed accordingly.
