EASY RETURN CONDITIONS

For your domestic and international orders, you can process returns and exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date. In addition, we are always here to offer you solutions in special situations.

Returned products must be unused, with all tags attached, in their original form, and with their original packaging. NU reserves the right to refuse a return if the returned products do not meet the specified conditions. Returns of products that have lost their original form, are damaged, or have missing parts are not accepted.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for products manufactured as part of special orders.
For any questions or support requests regarding the return process, you can send an e-mail to musterihizmetleri@nu.com.tr, stating your reason for return/exchange. Our team will be happy to assist you at every stage of the process.
For returned orders, the initial shipping fee is not refunded.
Approved refunds are processed only via the original payment method.
Discounted products are considered final sale and returns are not accepted.
DELIVERY
Your domestic orders are delivered to your address via our service partner HEPSİJET KARGO. Your orders are shipped within 7 business days at the latest. We kindly ask you to ensure that your delivery address and contact information are complete and correct before creating your order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Your international orders are delivered to your address via our global logistics partners DHL, UPS, and FEDEX. Your orders are shipped within 7 business days at the latest. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of your delivery information before placing your order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
If delivery is refused for any reason or if delivery cannot be made despite the courier company's reasonable efforts, your order will be returned to NU. In this case, any taxes, customs duties, and additional shipping costs that may arise will be borne by the buyer.
LEGAL INFORMATION
According to relevant legislation, shipping companies are obliged to record the identity information of the recipient during delivery. This information is stored for at least two years in accordance with confidentiality principles and may be shared with authorized authorities when necessary. If the recipient refuses to share their identity information, the shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender.
RETURN CONDITIONS FOR TURKEY
You can process returns or exchange requests for products you have purchased within 14 days from the delivery date. Return processes can only be carried out through www.nu.com.tr. Returns cannot be made through the NU mobile application.
When creating a return request through our website, we kindly ask you to state your reason for return in the notes section as
“SIZE EXCHANGE” or “RETURN”.
RETURN CONDITIONS FOR MIDDLE EASTERN COUNTRIES
Our products are sent for delivery to the address, except for exceptional cases due to regional customs practices. To initiate your return process, you can create a return request via our website or contact us at musterihizmetleri@nu.com.tr.
RETURN PROCESS
If you wish to return products purchased from www.nu.com.tr, you must select the relevant products from your order and create a return request within 14 days. After your request is approved, the courier company specified with the return code sent to you will pick up your package from your address.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
No cash refunds are given for products purchased from special discount, outlet, and garage sale categories.
For these products:
A discount voucher that you can use in your next purchases may be defined, or
A size exchange may be made.
Returns and exchanges are not possible for products with hygiene sensitivity (swimwear, masks, underwear, etc.).
For accessory groups (necklaces, belts, hats, bags, bracelets, etc.), only size exchanges can be made.
All returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
REFUNDS
If the returned products are found to meet the return conditions, the refund process is forwarded to the bank within 3 business days after the products reach our warehouse. Depending on the banks' processing times, it may take 3–7 business days for the amount to be reflected on your credit card.
RETURN SHIPPING POLICY
For orders up to 15,000 TL, if the shipping fee has been paid, the shipping cost for the return process will be covered by NU once.
For orders over 15,000 TL, as shipping is free, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
