NU Textile Easy Return Conditions

EASY RETURN CONDITIONS

nu.com.tr aims at unconditional customer satisfaction in online shopping.

We offer domestic returns and exchanges within 7 days from the delivery date.

Due to customs regulations , international shipments cannot be returned . We are here to provide solutions and support in special situations. You can reach us at customersupport@nu.com.tr .

Returned item must be unworn, with all tags, in original condition and in original packaging.

After receiving the returned items, NU reserves the right to refuse the return if the product does not meet the policy requirements.

Returned products that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for special orders.

To complete your return, please send an e-mail to musterihizmetleri@nu.com.tr including the reason for return/exchange. We are here to provide you with the necessary support whenever you need it.

If your order is returned, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

If the return process is approved, refunds will only be made via the Original Payment Method.

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Your domestic orders  Our service partner , HEPSİJET KARGO , provides home delivery . Your orders will be sent to your registered delivery address by cargo within 7 business days at the latest. Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Once the order is created, it is not possible to cancel the order.

Your orders abroad We ship orders via our service partner DHL . Your orders will be shipped to your registered shipping address within 7 business days at the latest. Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

If for any reason you refuse delivery or are unable to deliver despite the courier company's reasonable attempts, your item will be returned to the NU office and you will be charged any unpaid taxes, duties and additional shipping costs.       

In accordance with relevant legislation, during the delivery of mail items to the recipient by service providers (postal and cargo companies), the recipient's name, surname, and Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals, the passport number, the number of an internationally valid equivalent document, or the number of a document issued by the Turkish authorities to verify identity) are recorded and kept confidential for at least two years, ensuring their confidentiality and ready for submission to the relevant authorities when necessary. If the recipient refuses to provide their identification information, the item will not be delivered and will be returned to the sender.

"PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS" applied to Türkiye

The return or exchange period for the product(s) you purchased is 14 DAYS from the date you receive the product(s). You must complete your returns through www.nu.com.tr. Returns cannot be made through the NU app.

When logging into our website and creating a return record, you must specify your reason for return in the notes section on the panel as "(SIZE CHANGE or RETURN PROCESS).

Exchanges and returns of non-discounted seasonal products purchased from Nu.com.tr can only be made online, not from our stores.

                "PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS" applied to MIDDLE EAST countries

Our products are shipped via home delivery unless a special situation arises with regional customs authorities. Our solution partner in this regard is DHL International, which has a strong logistics network and local offices in all countries. Therefore, and in accordance with Turkish customs regulations, shipments to Middle Eastern countries cannot be returned.

            

PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS

If you wish to return the product or products you purchased from our website www.nu.com.tr ; You must select the product(s) you wish to return from among the items in your order and submit a RETURN REQUEST within 14 days. Once your request is approved, your package will be collected from your address by HEPSİJET KARGO using the RETURN CODE you will receive.

     There are no refunds or exchanges for products in the GARAGE SALE group.

For products requiring hygiene measures (swimsuits, masks, underwear, etc.), size exchanges and returns are not possible. For other accessory groups (necklaces, belts, hats, bags, bracelets, etc.), only size exchanges are possible.

In accordance with the rules stated above for the product or products to be returned, the products to be returned must be undamaged, unused and in compliance with the return conditions.

    REFUNDS

If the returned products meet the specified return conditions, the refund amount will be deposited to the bank within three business days of the products arriving at the online warehouse. Refunds can take an average of 3-7 business days to appear on credit cards, depending on the bank's application guidelines.

              SHIPPING APPLICATION DURING THE RETURN PROCESS

For orders up to 15,000 TL, if customers who have paid the shipping fee initiate a return process (one-time), the return shipping cost will be covered by NU. Since the shipping fee is not collected for orders over 15,000 TL, the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
