Location-based SMS is a service that enables NU Tekstil to deliver special campaign, promotional, and informational messages to customers on behalf of NU, based on location data obtained by users' telecom operators (electronic communications service providers) when they provide electronic communications services. This system operates through the telecom operator and third-party technology providers. Your location data is not transferred from the electronic communications service provider or its third-party technology provider to NU within the system. The data processing purpose for informing you about NU products, services, and campaigns through location-based SMS sending is determined jointly with the electronic communications service provider. To receive this service, you must have a valid subscription agreement not only with NU but also with the electronic communications service provider to which you are subscribed, and you must have given explicit consent to the electronic communications service provider for location-based SMS delivery. With the Location-based SMS service, an SMS delivery is automatically triggered when the user enters a specific location. The service is intended to provide users with information and advantages appropriate to their location.
