EASY RETURN CONDITIONS
nu.com.tr aims for unconditional customer satisfaction in online shopping.
We offer domestic returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.
Due to customs regulations , returns are not possible for international shipments . We are here to provide solutions and support in special circumstances. You can reach us at customersupport@nu.com.tr .
Returned items must be unworn, with all tags intact, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
After receiving the returned items, NU reserves the right to refuse the return if the product does not meet the policy requirements.
Returned items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders.
To complete your return, please send an email to musterihizmetleri@nu.com.tr explaining the reason for your return/exchange. We are here to provide the support you need.
If your order is returned, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
If the return process is approved, refunds will only be processed via the Original Payment Method.
Discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned.
Your domestic orders Our shipping partner , HEPSİJET KARGO , provides delivery to your address . Your orders will be shipped to your registered delivery address within a maximum of 7 business days. Please check the accuracy of your delivery address before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
Your international orders Our shipping partner is DHL , and we deliver to your address . Your orders will be shipped to your registered delivery address within a maximum of 7 business days. Please check the accuracy of your delivery address before placing your order. Order cancellation is not possible once the order has been placed.
If for any reason you refuse delivery or if delivery is not possible despite the courier company's reasonable efforts, your product will be returned to the NU office and you will be charged for any unpaid taxes, duties and additional shipping costs.
In accordance with relevant legislation, service providers (postal and cargo companies) are required to record, at a minimum, the recipient's full name and Turkish Republic identity number (for foreign nationals, passport number, the number of an internationally valid equivalent document, or the number of an identity document issued by Turkish authorities) during the delivery of postal shipments to the recipient. This information is kept confidential for at least two years for submission to the relevant authorities when necessary. If the recipient refuses to provide their identification information, the shipment will not be delivered and will be returned to the sender.

The return or exchange period for the product(s) you purchased is 14 days from the date you received them. Returns must be processed through www.nu.com.tr. Returns cannot be processed via the NU application.
When creating a return request through our website, you must specify your reason for return in the notes section on the panel as "(SIZE EXCHANGE or RETURN PROCESS)".
Returns and exchanges of non-discounted seasonal products purchased from Nu.com.tr can only be made online; they cannot be processed in our stores.
"RETURN CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCTS" applied to Middle Eastern countries.
Our products are shipped with delivery to the address unless a special situation arises at the regional customs authorities. Our partner in this regard is DHL International, which has a strong logistics network and local office network in all countries. In this context, and due to Turkish customs regulations, shipments to Middle Eastern countries cannot be returned.
PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS
If you wish to return the product(s) you purchased from our website www.nu.com.tr ; To return an item(s) from your order, you must select the item(s) you wish to return and create a RETURN REQUEST within 14 days. Once your request is approved, you will receive a RETURN CODE, and HEPSJET CARGO will collect your package from your address.
Items in the GARAGE SALE category are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
For products requiring high hygiene standards (swimsuits, masks, underwear, etc.), size exchanges and returns are not possible. For different accessory groups (necklaces, belts, hats, bags, bracelets, etc.), only size exchanges are allowed.
For returns, the product(s) must be undamaged, unused, and meet the return conditions, in accordance with the rules mentioned above.
REFUNDS
If the returned products meet the specified return conditions, the refund amount will be instructed to the bank within 3 business days of the products reaching the online warehouse. The time it takes for refunds to appear on credit cards, depending on the bank's application guidelines, may take an average of 3-7 business days.
SHIPPING PROCEDURE DURING THE RETURN PROCESS
For orders up to 15,000 TL, if customers who have already paid shipping initiate a return, the return shipping cost will be covered by NU (on a one-time basis). For orders above 15,000 TL, no shipping fee is charged, therefore the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
