EASY RETURN CONDITIONS

You can process your returns and exchanges for domestic and international orders within 14 days from the delivery date. In addition, we are always here to offer solutions for you in special cases.

Returned products must be unused, with all tags attached, in their original form and original packaging. NU reserves the right to refuse returns if the returned products do not meet the specified conditions. Returns of products that have lost their original form, are damaged, or have missing parts will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for products produced as part of special orders.

For any questions and support requests regarding the return process, you can send an e-mail to musterihizmetleri@nu.com.tr stating your return/exchange reason. Our team will be happy to assist you at every stage of the process.

For returned orders, the initial shipping fee is not refunded.

Approved refunds are processed only through the original payment method.
Discounted products are considered final sale and returns are not accepted.


DELIVERY
Your domestic orders are delivered to your address via our service partner HEPSİJET KARGO. Your orders are shipped within a maximum of 7 business days. We kindly ask you to ensure that your delivery address and contact information are complete and correct before placing your order. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.

Your international orders are delivered to your address via our global logistics partners DHL, UPS, and FEDEX. Your orders are shipped within a maximum of 7 business days. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of your delivery information before placing an order. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.

In case of refusal of delivery for any reason or inability to deliver despite the reasonable efforts of the courier company, your order will be returned to NU. In this case, any taxes, customs duties, and additional shipping costs that may arise will be borne by the buyer.


LEGAL INFORMATION
In accordance with the relevant legislation, cargo companies are obliged to record the identity information of the recipient during delivery. This information is stored for at least two years in accordance with privacy principles and may be shared with authorized authorities when necessary. If the recipient refuses to share their identity information, the shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender.


RETURN CONDITIONS FOR TURKEY
You can process returns or exchange requests for products you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date. Return procedures can only be carried out through www.nu.com.tr. Returns cannot be processed through the NU mobile application.

When creating a return record through our website, we kindly ask you to state your return reason in the notes section as
“SIZE EXCHANGE” or “RETURN”.


RETURN CONDITIONS FOR MIDDLE EASTERN COUNTRIES
Our products are sent for home delivery, except for exceptional cases due to regional customs regulations. To initiate your return process, you can create a return record through our website or contact us via musterihizmetleri@nu.com.tr.


RETURN PROCESS
If you wish to return products purchased from www.nu.com.tr, you must create a return request within 14 days by selecting the relevant products from your order. After your request is approved, the designated courier company will pick up your package from your address with the return code sent to you.


SPECIAL CONDITIONS
No cash refunds are given for products purchased from special discount, outlet, and garage sale categories.
For these products:
A discount voucher that you can use in your next purchases can be issued or
A size exchange can be made.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for products with hygiene sensitivity (swimwear, masks, underwear, etc.).
For accessory groups (necklaces, belts, hats, bags, bracelets, etc.), only size exchanges can be made.
All returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.


REFUNDS
If the returned products meet the return conditions, the refund process will be forwarded to the bank within 3 business days after the products reach our warehouse. Depending on the banks' processing times, it may take 3–7 business days for the amount to be reflected on your credit card.

RETURN SHIPPING POLICY
For orders up to 15,000 TL, if shipping fees were paid, the return shipping cost will be covered by NU once.
For orders over 15,000 TL, since shipping is free, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
