How much is the shipping fee? 
All shipments across Turkey are made via HEPSİJET cargo. Shipping is free for orders over 15,000.

When and how will my order be delivered? Immediately after the payment for the product you purchased is completed, special protective packaging is applied according to the nature of the product. After packaging is finished, your package will be delivered to cargo within 3 business days. The average delivery time for the cargo to reach you is 2 days.

How can I track my order? 
You can track every stage of your order from the My Orders section on the right side of the My Account menu. 

* Your order is being prepared: Indicates that your order has been received and is being prepared.

* Your product has been shipped: Shows that the packaging process is complete and the product has been delivered to cargo. You can click on your tracking number to see where your package is.

* Your order has been canceled: Indicates that the product you requested a refund for has reached us and has received refund approval. The refund will be processed to your credit card in the following days.

*For return procedures, after completing your return/cancellation requests on our website, you can send the item to NU TEKSTİL VE KONF. ÜRÜN. SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. Gürsel Mah. Akgüllü Sok. No:7 Çağlayan/İSTANBUL address or via HEPSİJET.

What if I am not at the delivery address? 
If you are not at the address, a "delivery failed" notice will be left. Your order will be brought to your address once more on the next business day. By calling the cargo company and sharing the information about when they will return, you can ensure that your package arrives at the right time. If delivery is unsuccessful on the second attempt, your order will be returned to the nu.com.tr warehouse.
All orders are shipped with a delivery note and invoice, as required by law.

What should I pay attention to when receiving the product? 
When receiving your order, you should always check if there are any issues with the package such as tears, crushes, or wetness. We also recommend making sure that the products in your package are the same as those listed on the invoice.

The cargo officer will assist you if there is any problem with the cargo package or its contents. In such a case, you should not accept the cargo and request the cargo officer to draw up a report. The report will facilitate your processes for product exchange or refund.

Important information about delivery
* We recommend checking the package in the presence of the cargo officer when you receive your cargo. If you detect a missing/damaged product; request the cargo officer to draw up a report and do not accept the products. Drawing up a report indicates that the problem in the cargo originates from the cargo company, not from you. A new product will be shipped to you immediately after the report.

* Notifications of missing/damaged items made after receiving the cargo may be rejected based on investigation, as no report was made or prepared at the time of initial delivery.

* You must send the product with its invoice, original box, original packaging, accompanying documents, and all accessories. Returns of unused and resalable products are accepted.

* We kindly request that you do not stick shipping labels directly onto the original box or use masking tape. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.

* Products damaged due to user error (dropping, bumping, etc.) cannot be returned.

* For return procedures, all copies of the invoice (2nd copy) must be sent with the product.
